Versailles Parquet Flooring
Large diagonal squares known as Chateau de Versailles were introduced in 1684 as parquet de menuiserie ("woodwork parquet") to replace the marble flooring. This timeless design classic can be used in any setting to create a look of decadence. These panels are created from carefully selected reclaimed solid oak blocks. Each block is individually inserted by hand to ensure they complement each other and the panel retains its unique appearance.
